Terms of Service

We're updating our Terms of Service, effective 17 September 2026.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ask Me application, service, technology, APIs, and any other products or features owned, operated, branded, or offered by HP Studios PVT (LTD) (“Ask Me” or the “Service”). For the purposes of these Terms, “we” or “us” refers to HP Studios PVT (LTD). Please read these Terms carefully and contact us if you have any questions.

By accessing or using Ask Me, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to our Terms, you must not access or use Ask Me.

Ask Me is an autonomous AI assistant designed to streamline your digital workflow. To do that, we process your chat inputs, voice commands, and connected third-party integrations (such as Google Workspace, GitHub, Notion, Slack, and YouTube) to execute tasks on your behalf. To provide the Service, we process your commands using advanced AI models. For more information on how we handle your data and API tokens, please read our Privacy Policy.

a. Who can use Ask Me

You may use Ask Me only if you follow these Terms and all applicable laws. When you create your Ask Me account, you must provide us with accurate and complete information. Any use of or access to Ask Me by anyone under the age of 13 is not allowed.

In using Ask Me, you agree not to scrape, collect, search, copy, or otherwise access data or code from Ask Me in unauthorized ways, or attempt to reverse-engineer our system.

b. Our licence to you

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we hereby grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable licence to access and use the Service. You may not permit Ask Me to be used by or for the benefit of unauthorized third parties.

a. AI Disclaimer and User Responsibility

Ask Me relies on generative artificial intelligence to interpret commands and take action in your connected accounts. AI can make mistakes, hallucinate information, or misinterpret instructions. You are strictly and solely responsible for verifying all actions taken by Ask Me on your behalf. You must review emails before sending them, verify code before pushing it to GitHub, and double-check calendar events and Notion tasks.

b. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Ask Me to generate malicious code, distribute spam via the Gmail integration, harass individuals via Slack or YouTube comments, or violate the terms of service of any connected third-party platform. We can suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly or seriously violate the law, these Terms, or the policies of connected platforms.

a. Ask Me intellectual property

You acknowledge and agree that we own all right, title, and interest in and to Ask Me and all intellectual property rights therein (the “Ask Me IP”), and you must not use any of the Ask Me IP except as necessary for your permitted use of the app. Ask Me IP does not include your personal prompts or the data inside your connected third-party apps.

We care about the security of our users. While we work to protect the security of your account and your connected OAuth tokens, we can't guarantee that unauthorized third parties won't be able to defeat our security measures. Keep your device secure and do not leave an active Ask Me session unlocked where others can access it.

Ask Me connects directly to third-party services (like Google, Notion, Slack, GitHub, and YouTube). We do not own or control these services. We don't endorse or assume any responsibility for any such third-party services. If you access or modify data on any third-party service via Ask Me, you do so at your own risk, and you agree that HP Studios PVT (LTD) has no liability arising from your use of those third-party APIs.

We may terminate or suspend your right to access or use Ask Me for any violation of these Terms. You can also terminate your account or disconnect your integrations at any time by visiting your profile settings.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an 'as is' basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.

HP Studios PVT (LTD) specifically disclaims any and all warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Ask Me will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors. We will have no liability for any change to Ask Me or any suspension or termination of your access to the app.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HP Studios PVT (LTD) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any accidental deletion of files, emails, or tasks via the AI; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service exceed one hundred US dollars (US $100.00).

These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any claim, dispute, or controversy arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Service are the courts located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

a. Notification procedures and changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time as we add new integrations. The most current version will always be posted on our website. Your continued access to or use of Ask Me after such an update constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes.

b. Entire agreement/severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and HP Studios PVT (LTD) concerning the Service. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
